Founded in 2008, Axim is a full-service strategic marketing agency helping organizations create and carry out strategies that captivate, allowing them to connect with their audiences in a meaningful way. We serve a wide range of clientele with a wide range of needs, from municipalities, to sporting goods companies, to medical manufacturers. We operate in-house photography and video production, graphic design, web development, social media, and digital media strategizing within a culture of collaboration and accountability. 

Position Overview
We're searching for a talented Media Coordinator + Copywriter to manage digital presences for our client brands. In this role, you'll plan content calendars, research and write brand-appropriate copy, create advertising campaigns across mediums, and report analytics. In addition to copywriting for social channels, we expect this individual to be adept at putting together professional copy for web and print, as well as in email communication with our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in and knowledge of social media management, as well as proven written communication skills. Ultimately, we hope this individual will bring advanced digital media expertise to our organization to help us further build out our social media services and department. Our goal is to find the candidate who will grow alongside our company!

Job Details 
Job Type: Full-time, 32-40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Location: On-site in Berlin, CT
Work Remotely: Flexible
Pay: $40,000 - $55,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Research and copywrite high-quality, professional content tailored to the relevant industry for social media channels, ad campaigns, websites, and other media
  • Develop and run paid media advertising campaigns, including social media, OTT streaming, and other digital and print mediums
  • Prepare for and lead monthly content planning meetings
  • Monitor analytics and develop monthly analytics reports for all channels and clients
  • Analyze data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives
  • Manage online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement
  • Make educated paid media recommendations according to campaign goals/needs
  • Maintain timely, professional, and effective written communications with clients
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications/Skills

  • 2+ years working in social media management and strategy
  • Any accredited certification in data analytics
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Data Studio, and ads
  • Proven copywriting ability, including ability to match or develop various brand voices appropriate to the client and/or platform
  • Excellent proofing ability, with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and demonstrate initiative
  • Excellent organizational, communication (written/oral), and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of graphic design principles
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite a major plus
